CMS - Module Summary
The accounting module covers all casino daily operations:
- Chip Bank operation, Table Games opening, fills/credits, closing transactions
- Slots accounting, Jackpots, Fills, Meter checks
- Customer Account management (including cheques, credit control, bank transactions)
- All internal accounting and Soft/Hardcount
- Real Time Cash Flow and full reporting
Monitors real time data from Roullette, Black Jack an other table games.
Online communication with the cash flow and game floor data, roulette metrics and table drops/fills give the Pit Managers a quick view of the current table wins/losses.
As a decision support tool, it helps the operator to make the correct adjustments in personel or table level on time.
Full metrics from different manufacturer devices are stored in the same database, providing statistics of theoretical and actual percentage, jackpot sequence behaviour etc, by slot machine, by type and location.
The operator can compare sales independent of slots manufacturer hardware and software. The system reads data from I.G.T, Mykohn, Gripps and some Aristocrat devices.
Keeps detailed records and exports statistics by customer. Integrated with the main accounting module, it receives data from wireless devices used by the Table Games employees, by cashless systems, by the slots online DCU's or by PC data entry.
Reports and comparisons are available by individual customer, by group, by agency or partners.
Reception registration includes member card issuing, photo / ID scanning, and all personal data available. A wide range of reports, and open report designer is provided as a tool for the casino Marketing department.
This module has been designed for the special needs of the casino Surveillance departments, covering warnings for barred or suspended members, known groups of non accepted visitors.
Internal employee security auditing is implemented with Table Games employee tracking and internal security auditing features.
The newest module added, is designed with high security and performance requirements. Different operators can exchange progressive games metrics and benefit of higher jackpots and customer interrest on the games.
The system according to the EU Gaming specifications (Rf GR Gaming Board)
The system operates in multiple currencies. Translation tools for the user GUI are included in the base package.
For casinos with two language personel in the cage, an additional "always 2 languages" interface
is available, displaying all menus in the 2 main languages.
